Seeking Postdoctoral Fellow/ Research Associates for Kenney Lab, MBI

We are looking for Postdoctoral Fellows/ Research Associates with experiences in Super-resolution Microscopy, Single-molecule spectroscopy, probe development for super-resolution, or the development and use of microfluidics to examine microbe effects on in vitro tumors. The qualified candidates will lead research projects on the development and application of novel super-resolution microscopy approaches in bacteria and pathogen-infected host cells.

The project will be housed at the Mechanobiology Institute, National University of Singapore.


The successful candidate must have a Ph.D. degree in Biophysics, Physics, Physical Chemistry, Optics or related Bioimaging fields, with an outstanding publication record.  Proficiency in optical instrumentation, programming (LabVIEW, IDL, MATLAB), data analysis, visualization are desirable, as are prior laboratory experiences in cell biology, molecular biology, electron microscopy or bioengineering.
